1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PDFCraft you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PDFCraft to:

  • process content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights;
  • create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, stamps or signatures;
  • circumvent document protections you are not authorised to remove;
  • attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
  • resell or rebrand the service as your own without written permission.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

The PDFCraft name, branding, design, and code are owned by PDFCraft or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

You retain all rights to the documents you process. Because files are handled in your browser, we acquire no licence to your content.

If you believe material on PDFCraft infringes your copyright, contact legal@pdfcraft.app with details and we will respond promptly.

4. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for having the right to process any document you upload.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own backups of original files.
  • You are responsible for verifying that output files meet your legal, regulatory or professional requirements before relying on them.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice. We may add paid features in future; those will be described separately before purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

PDFCraft is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for data loss, corrupted output or lost profits arising from your use of the service.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PDFCraft against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
